Politicos that have rung up the federal budget deficit and the national debt?

Right-wing puffery about budget deficits is so much BS. There haven’t been any Republican presidents trying to be fiscally responsible since George HW Bush—AND THAT WAS THIRTY YEARS AGO. Not yesterday, not last month, not last year, nor even two years ago. THIRTY YEARS AGO.

As for Musk, if he was as serious about deficits, why is he hanging around the most fiscally-irresponsible politico for the last century?

Suppose everyone DID live within their means, I'm talking pinching pennies till they bleed. Wouldn't the economy collapse? No one would buy smartphones or designer clothes or computers or TVs etc. Cars, houses? Usually they involve some kind of financing, right? Living LITERALLY within ones means would mean there'd better be a lot of apartments and mass transit about. Tourism would probably go belly up.

I just love how these lazy-fairy-tale capitalists think their outlook is just a given.

if you bums would start paying your fucking taxes instead of hiring platoons of lawyers and CPAs to figure out how you can dodge them through shell companies registered offshore and other means.
