We just plain Democrats and Progressives have been right all along, well before Trump offended their sensibilities, back when Reagan and the Bushes were plowing the soil for Trump and all these folks were taking money to soften up Democracy.

And the people here who were bashing Charles Pierce cause cozying up to the Cheneys pissed him off, not sure what to say to you either.

Nobody is going to put Dick Cheney in a Gulag, as much as he deserves it, but do count on millions of innocent people losing their health coverage and rural broadband and food assistance. And these folks named above deserve their share of the blame.

3. The chickens (and turkeys) are already coming home to roost.

Many who voted for Trump are waking up to the fact that he is only interested in himself, betraying them and his promises. And it's only the beginning.

I woke up this morning to a beautiful sunrise with the anticipation of my family gathering here tomorrow to celebrate so many wonderful things still to be thankful for, things that cannot be taken from us, like love, the beauty of nature and, with a lot of hard work, a vibrant democracy.
