Federal Judge ORDERS DOGE to SIT For DEPOSITION - Legal AF

A conservative Republican judge -- whom MAGA once sought to impeach because of his "anti Trump" rulings, has had enough with the Trump Administration not telling the truth about Elon Musk and DOGE, and has ordered DOGE to submit to 8 hours of sworn deposition testimony under oath about DOGE and its powers and activities.

Michael Popok explains how this will also be a boon to the other more than a dozen other cases involving DOGE and can be used by those plaintiffs and those judges to lock down Trump and stop the lies. - 02/27/2025.

Musk and his techno-twinks would be in a hard way to survive an honest deposition. So they will delay, delay, delay.

And when the delaying tactics don't work, they will do what Republicans always do: refuse to comply.

By doing so, I suppose, they'll be found in contempt. But what then? I know logic (and the law) says their refusal to comply will land them in jail. But will it? (Also, side issue but significant: can Trump pre-emptively pardon them?)
