1. Um, not just a stock selloff

If those idiotic tariffs are put into place after the hiatus, the bond market will bo back to blowing up, the dollar will fall in value by enough that the world will start asking whether the Euro is the safer currency, and this country will be in a world of extreme hurt as the domestic economy is thrown into total chaos. Worst of all, the rest of the planet might find they can get along quite nicely without us, something I'm sure this band of ideologically driven nitwits hasn't considered yet.

Good luck to us, we're going to need it if this bunch is as deeply wedded to its bullshit as Herbert Hoover was to his. Hoover's outcome was catastrophic. I expect no less from this administration.
