And here he is again telling us it's these countries that will be paying the U.S. government the tariff. No one can get it through his thick skull full of buttered mashed potatoes that it's the American domestic importers that actually pay the tariffs. Never the countries. They pay not a penny and indeed they can retaliate by making their own importers pay tariffs to import goods from America, doing great damage to our economy.
