- [00:14](https://youtube.com/sH5UsF3yksk?t=14s) 🛒 An executive order signed by Trump aims to increase costs for online shoppers by ending a trade loophole for low-value imports.
- [00:56](https://youtube.com/sH5UsF3yksk?t=56s) 📦 The new order will impose duties on imported goods valued at $800 or less, affecting all countries, not just China and Hong Kong.
- [02:02](https://youtube.com/sH5UsF3yksk?t=122s) 📈 Import duties are expected to drive prices up on online platforms like TikTok and Amazon, where low-cost items are popular.
- [03:55](https://youtube.com/sH5UsF3yksk?t=235s) 🔺 Retailers relying on low-cost imports will face higher costs due to new tariffs, impacting their pricing strategies significantly.
- [05:29](https://youtube.com/sH5UsF3yksk?t=329s) 🚢 The changes will affect how companies import products, with many now facing duties on smaller shipments they previously avoided.
- [06:50](https://youtube.com/sH5UsF3yksk?t=410s) 💰 Entrepreneurs and online sellers will need to adjust their pricing and cost strategies in light of the new duties after August 29th.
- [07:19](https://youtube.com/sH5UsF3yksk?t=439s) 🛑 Consumers may limit purchases of certain lower-cost items due to anticipated price increases following the new tariffs.

So much for all of that Bezos money and sucking up through the Washington Post.

It bought you a seat at the inauguration but you got played.

He's kissing Trump's stinky ass because he wants the same kind of subsidies for his rocket ship that Musk is getting.

It is the source of his wealth.

If policies make it less advantageous to use, it will be a blow to its value and growth.

Not to mention, I think Prime as a streaming service is being propped up by the added value of the free shipping. Otherwise, it ranks pretty low against the others in my book. If people are buying less, they will start to question the cost of Prime
