What preceded/precipitated this confrontation/arrest? Does appear as if at least one LE is injured (in struggle) .. ? That appears to have continued after individual (and several LE) are on the ground? (one officer physically dragged away from scrum by other LE - and appears to be stunned on hands and knees?)

(and, yes - the 'masked' behavior is quite problematic with many .. fulling on board there. and can also fully understand why DC residents are really hacked off about recent developments .. it's a sh*t show, no mistake.)
But I need more info about causes for arrest, tasing. And, no - video, while perhaps disturbing, does not speak for itself.

He was among the last few Jews still alive in Dresden, working in a munitions factory and living in barracks with other Jewish workers. Why, and at what point, did a 'stop' proceed to the level of arrest .. ? (if in fact that was the case?) Did the subject resist?
How can we tell the story - if we don't know what the story is?
And, why would a request for that kind of information - be shoved aside - or deemed irrelevant or somehow offensive?
