Donald Trump is preparing to sign a new executive order that he hopes will do away with mail-in voting, as he falsely claims mail ballots can be manipulated and voting machines are “highly inaccurate” in a bid to suppress the vote and hold on to power. - 08/19/2025.

As I said above, during Covid I remember that New Yorkers received mail-in ballots for the primaries which were provided by the governor.
