1. Regarding the burning of the American flag, and the executive order against doing it. I have displayed the flag upside

down in demonstrations since the 2000 election. Yes, even after 911. After that event was the only time, I have seen the American flag lying in the gutter, lost off cars and careless people.
I have seen the flag burned in many protests, but I have never burnt one myself. The Confederate flag, I have burnt several times. For years now I have said that the only time I would ever burn the American flag was if it ever became illegal to do so. I guess time has come today.
BTW, the most proper way to dispose of an old or damaged the flag is to burn it.

3. I did, my guess is that in the current pollical environment one can still get arrested but not convicted.
