I've talked to people who hate Donald Trump but could not bring themselves to vote for Kamala. I heard the same when Hillary ran.

Personally, I think the sexism worked more against her than her race.

I wish that weren't true - but I think it's pretty clear to anyone who looks at the facts. And it's OK to wish it weren't true. What's not OK is to act as if it weren't true - because, if we do that, we will be the ones responsible for destroying the careers of the very best women in the nation.
