felon's battle against courts isn't over. He'll probably use all kinds of other arguments before his maga scotus.

The best part of the video starts at 12:50, where Breyer critiques the 9th Circuit's shortcomings. Breyer's audience isn't just the 9th Circuit, but the SCOTUS and its chief justice, who served with Breyer's brother for 17 years.
