Trump Plan to VIOLATE Court Order Gets Exposed JUST IN TIME - Meidas Touch

Trump and his lawyers led by Alina Habba are on the verge of violating another federal court order this time in next week’s E Jean Carroll multi million dollar punitive damages case against Trump. Michael Popok of Legal AF reports on a new motion filed to get the Court to stop Trump from trying to retry the earlier case that found that he sexually assaulted E. Jean Carroll before this new jury. - 01/12/2024.

Just when does it become an abuse of the justice system when a defendant displays the behavior tfg is doing?

Anyone else would be found in contempt and if they persisted they'd be detained - as TFG agreed to with Judge Chutkan.

4. One thing I have learned from these past years following the trials, etc..

I used to believe there was such a thing as “no one is above the law”. I no longer believe it. We have all watched this man mock, disregard and abuse the system with no accountability. I have supported the idea that justice has its own schedule and we all want things done quickly…the people in charge know what they’re doing and all that..that is now on shaky ground, too. I’m patiently waiting and watching so my belief system can be restored

6. Agreed. What gets to me is that violent insurrectionists are still charged, tried, convicted and jailed every day

Some have even done their time and have been released. But their "leader" who called them all there is still on the loose, holding rallies and spewing lies intended to incite others. And then there's the classified documents case. TFG had thousands of stolen classified documents piled in boxes in his numerous bathrooms and showers. Air Force vet Reality Winner stole one classified document and was convicted and served over four years in prison - and she's far from the only case. Yet TFG stole thousands and we knew that he shared them with others - how many years should he get if the law treats everyone equally??

5. It's a civil trial. There is no "innocent until proven guilty" in this case.

In addition, the factual issues have previously been determined in a trial between these parties. That is called res judicata; the thing has been adjudicated. The only issue is the amount of damages.

So attempting to retrial the issue of liability, when the court has held that he can’t, would be an abuse of the judicial system.

8. The NY fraud trial is a civil case, too

The trial just ended. The judge made a summary judgment against Trump at the trial’s outset because the documented evidence of persistent fraud was over-whelming. The prosecutor is seeking $370 million in damages but the judge could increase that penalty.

This case, when it’s finished, has the possibility of putting Trump out of business in New York. It will severely stretch his financial condition. The case has the potential to be a seriously major blow to Trump and his family business.

Every court case that goes against Trump is good for our country. They expose his criminality to the world. So much winning! I love it.
