to do everything he can (even what he cannot) to "spark" a violent rebellion in order for him to invoke the Insurrection Act that will allow him to remain in power by force (and keep enriching himself, his offspring, the saudi royals and other ME dictators, and the SA techbros).

And the repukes in Congress will let him do it.
