Law professor Leah Litman on the Supreme Court

University of Michigan Law School professor Leah Litman discusses her provocative new book "Lawless: How the Supreme Court Runs on Conservative Grievance, Fringe Theories, and Bad Vibes," which argues that the Court has abandoned legal reasoning in favor of political grievances dressed up in judicial language. With her signature blend of serious legal analysis and irreverent wit, Litman—who also co-hosts Strict Scrutiny, the award-winning podcast on the US Supreme Court—discusses how major Supreme Court decisions are made. Moderated by UCLA Law Professor Rick Hasen.
