No, Trump is not allowed to fund the Government during the ShutDown with hundreds of millions gifted by his MAGA mega-donors.
Michael Popok explains how the next suit against Trump will be about his friend Tim Mellon "gifting" the government $130 million to "pay" for the military during the ShutDown, which violates Congress's Spending and Appropriation powers, and the Anti-Deficit Act, as Mellon obviously is "paying to play" to obtain influence over the "War Department" policy and set himself up for an ambassadorship. - 10/25/2025.

Every service member will get about $100 or $3.33 a day, can't even eat at McDonalds
