4. i don't think he can name any of the wars, or countries, that have been pacified by dear leader

i sure can't. they are still fighting most of the places he could name, (congo, sudan, ukraine, yemen etc etc etc)

and some of those former soviet statelets can't fight in the winter anyway.

I think he includes Israel/Gaza where we know that people are still dying and we've seen how he's handled Ukraine despite his previous boasts. And I agree about the metaphor and his winning that "prize" sure doesn't help.
