Trump is trying to exploit this tragedy and blame DEI. This family lost their father, but Trump doesn’t really care. Oh and BTW no, O’hara was not a “DEI hire.”

The other two members of the crew were a white male and a white female, both with significant hours of flight time under their belt. This was not some inexperienced crew.
