(A reporter for The Washington Post tabulated the wear and tear that Mannix withstood over eight seasons; it included 17 gunshot wounds and 55 instances of being beaten unconscious.)

They referred to him as "glass-jawed', but I would consider it quite the opposite (he did survive and thrive, after all).
"I didn't know that Metro had a burn unit"
"Raising my hand because I have questions about guns in schools"
'skin as thin as a hymen on a kazoo'
Dallas, and Dallas County, is bright blue
Wisconsin? Not so much. Please don't insult hard-working Democrats trying to turn Texas blue. And next time, post in Sports and not GD.
Wow
That author is still blaming Jill Stein. Not to mention The Nation and Wikileaks.
Of course he sucks
but if someone posted that about, say, Hillary Clinton ... they'd be banned in less than thirty seconds. Double standards, you see, among the community's interpretations of the ToS.
Where exactly is the line drawn? Conservo-Dems can be denigrated here, as is obvious from this thread. But how liberal a Democrat can one be before criticizing them in this forum becomes grounds for removing the post? Again, Joe Manchin has apparently not reached this threshold.
Who else (potentially)? Just among fairly conservative Democratic Senators running for 2018 re-election in 2016 red states: Heidi Heitkamp, who has interviewed for a job in the Trump administration? Claire McCaskill? Jon Tester, who's heading up the DSCC effort again? Joe Donnelly? Anti-choicer Bob Casey?
I wonder if anyone alerted on this thread and a jury voted "it doesn't break the rule" denigrating Democrats because Manchin -- like Joe Lieberman, "Cornhusker Kickback" Ben Nelson of Nebraska, and so many others before him -- is a Blue Dog.
Wouldn't that be something?
Isn't there a rule on DU
that clearly states you are not supposed to trash Democrats?
Is the sarcasm smiley missing here?
