I'll take "crackpot lawsuits" for $100.....
Conservative Legal Team Sues Mike Pence, Demands He Reject Unconstitutional Electoral College Slates
In one of the most potent lawsuits to reach the US Supreme Court, the Amistad Project has filed a lawsuit on a point of constitutional order that would force the President of the Senate Vice President Mike Pence to remand the Electoral College votes of five states to their respective legislatures for certification.
The Thomas More Societys Amistad Project filed a lawsuit on December 22, 2020, claiming that a several federal and state laws, some enacted under the guise of COVID protection, had unconstitutionally and illegally delegated the authority of the various state legislatures to certify Electoral College votes to state executive branches.
The Amistad Project is arguing that the state legislatures of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona by virtue of this unconstitutional transfer of power, were prohibited from exercising their rightful power under the US Constitution to certify the presidential Electors votes cast on December 14, 2020, in their respective states.

Why 'Pivot Counties' That Stuck With Trump May Be a Warning for Democrats
New York TimesLawn signs, everyone agrees, dont vote. But they proved to be an accurate omen in Winona County, Minn. more reliable than the haywire polling of 2020 or the big crowds for President Trump.
This year, we couldnt keep up, we constantly had to get more Biden yard signs, said Caitlin Nicholson, the Democratic chair in the county, which is in southeastern Minnesota, bordering Wisconsin.
Winona County was one of 206 pivot counties that mesmerized campaign analysts and reporters after the 2016 election by voting for Mr. Trump after having twice voted for President Barack Obama. Election obsessives sought to know: Who were these voters who had flip-flopped so dramatically?
This year, Winona County pivoted again, to President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr. It was one of 25 Obama-Trump counties nationwide that returned to the Democratic fold, according to Ballotpedia, a site that analyzes election data.

Biden allies push back on sweeping plan to promote fair housing
PoliticoPresident Donald Trump accused Joe Biden during the 2020 campaign of seeking to destroy the beautiful suburbs by supporting a sweeping Obama-era fair housing rule that Trump had scrapped.
Now, with Biden planning to reinstate the rule, he's likely to run into opposition again this time from members of his own party.
Lost in the uproar over the Trump administrations revocation of the rule in July was that even some Democratic localities had deep misgivings about the 2015 regulation, which was intended to bolster the 1968 Fair Housing Act, a landmark anti-discrimination law of the civil rights era.
Local housing officials from both Democratic and Republican counties saw the rule as a rigid, burdensome directive; many were confused about how to comply with its complex requirements.
