So, he'd rather go to some undisclosed place out in Outer Dumbfuckistan THAT HE HASN'T EVEN PICKED OUT YET, to have his massive ego stroked and humped by a gaggle of losers masquerading as losers:

So, his staff has ONLY THREE FREAKING WEEKS to arrange a massive presidential visit to some venue that currently doesn't even know that he's coming, in order to arrange a crowd of his dwindling admirers to attend, hoping that it's not previously booked months in advanced, so he could stand up in front of that crowd of agitated white people in order to make them even more agitated, and avoid a situation where he would be required to sit quietly still and have absolutely no control over whether or not he'd be criticized, while members of a profession that he has repeatedly labeled as 'The enemy of the people' receive the acknowledgment of their accomplishments and accolades from their peers.
This is what happens when a petty, thin-skinned toddler-man is given too much authority and not enough accountability.
It's pretty clear why Trump never wants to attend another WHCD...
