A safe haven for what, though? It mustn't be for posting positive stuff about Hillary Clinton...

Because I was blocked without warning by one host. I won't say who he is as I don't want to be seen as calling anyone out, but apart from one post wishing that host well when he spoke of health issues, the post below is the sum total of what I'd posted in the group. I don't go around attacking any of the Democratic candidates in GD, so I'm a bit confused as to why I was blocked. Do you know why? I would have thought positive contributions about Hillary Clinton would be welcome...

This is the post....

Hello, Hillary Clinton Group. I come bearing gifts!

I saw this in the local paper today and thought you guys might find it interesting to see that both Obama and Hillary Clinton are very popular over here...

Australians love Barack Obama and Pope Francis, don't know China, Japan or India's leaders - poll

Australians would happily host a dinner party with Barack Obama as guest of honour, welcome Hillary Clinton and Pope Francis to the table as warm friends – and gladly see Vladimir Putin suffer food poisoning.

<snip>

Obama's jibes about the Tony Abbott's environmental record at the same meeting hasn't hurt the US President's standing among Australians, with 86 per cent reporting admiration.

If Australians had a vote in the next US election, 77 per cent would send Clinton to the White House – although 19 per cent "don't admire" the former secretary of state and first lady.

And this interview's from a few years ago, but it's still pretty funny and Hillary Clinton came across as a pretty nice person in it. I don't know if any of you have seen it or are all that interested in seeing it, but I'll post it anyway coz I stumbled across it tonight when I was looking for another Hamish & Andy clip...
