Many years ago there was a group called the Texas Progressive Alliance. It was a collection of Democratic Blogs across Texas.
I was part of it at one time. Most of the blogs are no longer active, but mine still is!!!
If anyone is interested in following in the Houston area, specifically in the area around NASA, Bay Area Houston, please drop by! And if you know of any other blogs in Texas, please inform.
Needless to say we have a lot to say in Texas.

No Place but Texas. Another Zimmerman shooting.
This Zimmerman shooting has a strange twist to it. It is teabagger on teabagger crime. Both white. And there are 911 calls including one made by the shooter as he shoot the victim 4 times with a 45 caliber hand gun.

"On one hand the shooter just had to stay in his house and wait for the police. Instead he followed the victim down the street then shot him claiming self defense, just like Zimmerman. On the other hand we live in a state where you can shoot someone in the back if they are stealing your neighbors property (Joe Horn in Pasadena)."
