Does anyone think we could use a new forum just for knee, hip or anything replaced???
Getting to be a lot of friends and acquaintances getting them, just thought a place to discuss success or not would be good.....
I’ll start...... into my 12th day of my left TKR (total knee replacement) and my knee is buckling. 
Scares the hell out of me. Don’t fall as i’m using a walker. Have discussed with my PT women and they say it’s because my quadricep muscle isn’t strong enough yet. So I’m thinking fine, will work my ass off getting that baby as strong as I can. Then reading stuff on the inter webs, which i’ll admit I should have read before my surgery, some people experienced buckling after their surgery as well. I was wondering is anyone here had this experience after their surgery. I’m so disappointed.....I thought the replacement was going to improve my walking, not make it worse......my knee NEVER buckled before the surgery. I’m upset.....I still have 9 PT appointments left and I am doing my exercises 3 times a day at home.....i’m Just praying and hoping when i’m through will all my PT that the quad will be strong and my knee won’t be buckling. Anyone else??
