Acosta describes crowd reaction: He looked at me and ran his thumb across his throat.
The disturbing part of Trumps jokes about Gianforte was the effect on the crowd. I saw one young man in the crowd making body slam gestures. He looked at me and ran his thumb across his throat. I talked to him after the rally was over. He couldnt stop laughing.https://twitter.com/Acosta/status/1053247956776878080

The Trump administration and the Saudi royal family are searching for a mutually agreeable explanation for the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi one that will avoid implicating Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who is among the presidents closest foreign allies, according to analysts and officials in multiple countries.
But it will be difficult for the young ruler to escape scrutiny, as mounting evidence points not only to the Saudi governments knowledge of Khashoggis fate, but also to a connection by Mohammed to his disappearance.
