In the midst of awe over the heroism on display in this scary incident in California, Alex Jones and his cabal are sure to point out that it was really Mossad agents what did that shotgun thing and that it didn't happen anyway and was just set up to prove the points gun control advocates are making. Not only did an unarmed teacher talk down a shooter at Taft, but I'm guessing that the fact that the kid had a shotgun instead of a 30 round magazine saved several lives. Also, Megan McArdle will foam at the mouth to know that a bunch of lives were saved by a cowardly teacher shuttling students out of a classroom and talking peacefully rather than encouraging several of his kids to get killed charging the shooter.

In a video published Thursday on the Gretawire blog, Andrew Napolitano, the senior judicial analyst for Fox News, said the Second Amendment allowed Americans to kill “tyrants.”
“You know with all the debate about guns, I’ve been doing some writing and doing a lot of thinking, and Greta and the rest of us at Fox want to know what you think about it,” the former New Jersey Superior Court Judge said. “The Constitution specifically and directly insulates the right to keep and bear arms from interference from the government. It could not be more clear: ‘…the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.’”
“So since the Congress can’t change the Constitution, how could they possibly take away your right to keep and bear arms?” Napolitano continued. “Here’s the dirty little secret about the Second Amendment, the Second Amendment was not written in order to protect your right to shoot deer, it was written to protect your right to shoot tyrants if they take over the government. How about chewing on that one.”

Anti-Gay Pastor Removed From Inaugural Program

Louis Giglio, the anti-LGBT pastor who had been announced to perform the benediction at President Obama’s second inauguration, has been removed from the program, ABC News’s Jonathan Karl reported Thursday.
The move came after ThinkProgress reported Wednesday that in the 1990s, Giglio had given a lengthy sermon in which he advocated for dangerous “ex-gay” therapy for gay and lesbian people, referenced a biblical passage often interpreted to require gay people be executed, and impelled Christians to “firmly respond to the aggressive agenda” and prevent the “homosexual lifestyle” from becoming accepted in society.
