Lost my little sister one month ago today

She died very suddenly. Only 55 years old. She smoked, wouldn’t take her meds for diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. She also had FASD and Aspergers. She wouldn’t listen to anyone. I feel guilty nonetheless. I miss her.

I think Skinner ought to put up a suicide hotline number on the masthead

I have talked three people into getting mental help over the Trump crap. Some of the posts on here are terrifying, especially to emotionally fragile people.
