I just got my First COVID vaccine! Moderna
Details- signed up yesterday after seeing an article in my local online newspaper. I live in Ft Worth, Tx. I am 65. A friend texted me and said they had a place giving out vaccines thru public health. Went down with my husband to go check it out. Didn’t have appt and not even sure where it was. Just got in line when we saw it. Waited 2 hours in a line outside 30* rain and windy as hell! Miserable. Got inside and done in about 15 min. Waited another :15 min and given a card and told to come back on day 30 for second shot. So thrilled & happy to have gotten it!!!
