Man claiming to be a photographer caught trying to sneak gun into Biden event in Los Angeles
NORTH HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) A man was detained Wednesday for allegedly carrying a weapon near a North Hollywood business where U.S. Vice President Joe Biden was scheduled to speak.
The man was detained around midday near Bobrick Washroom Equipment at 6901 Tujunga Avenue, according to Los Angeles police Sgt. Marlon Marrache.
The man breached a zone set up by police for Bidens visit and was found to be in possession of a weapon, Marrache said.
