BREAKING: A federal judge in Manhattan just asked President Trump to "unblock" people on Twitter, and instead "mute" them as part of a Settlement.
If a settlement is not agreed upon, the judge will make an official ruling very soon, which she claims "they may not like".

A federal judge is skeptical about whether US President Donald Trump can constitutionally block Twitter users whose views he does not like from following and retweeting his account.
The judge asked if Twitter was different from a public town hall where government officials would be unable to mute speakers with unwelcome views.
Michael Baer, Trump's lawyer, argued that Trump's use of Twitter was personal and did not qualify as a state action.
Katherine Fallow, a lawyer for the plaintiffs, said that the account is operated in an official capacity because Trump often uses Twitter to announce policies or policy proposals.
