dixiegrrrrl's JournalHundreds of abandoned vehicles line highway coming out of Key West.
Reed Timmer just did a report, showing hundreds of cars, trucks, some with boats behind them, lining both sides of the highway leading towards/from Key West.
I can't figure out why so many people would simultaneously leave them there.
Anyone?

Irma shifted again...now we will be in the cone in ala.
Hopefully the inland journey will wring a lot of rain out of it, and it will be a low wind tropical storm, and that cone will narrow.
Wife of Trump Organization Ethics Lawyer Arrested After Alleged Tryst With Inmate
Teresa Jo Burchfield, 53, was outside Virginias Fauquier County Adult Detention Center when deputies charged her with a crime of her own. Burchfield and an unnamed 23-year-old inmate were spotted in the backseat of a car, along with a bag of pills and other contraband items that Burchfield had allegedly given the inmate. Burchfields husband, Bobby Burchfield, is an ethics advisor to the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, an entity intended to keep Trumps business and political ties separate.
The defendant was caught in the backseat of her vehicle with an inmate," according to a criminal complaint obtained by the Fauquier Times. "When the inmate exited the vehicle, he handed me a bag of brown pills (capsules), that he claims to be workout pills."
The inmate, who told police he and Burchfield had been having sex, also had other contraband items on his person, including cigarettes and vitamin supplements, according to the complaint. The inmate told investigators that he and Burchfield had been meeting for a month.
Burchfields husband is a member of the Republican National Lawyers Association.

Did you hear Don Jr. complaining about all the hard work on the campaign?
"it was an exhausting, all-encompassing, life-changing experience, he said.
Every single day I fielded dozens, if not hundreds, of emails and phone calls.
Jesus christ on a pogo stick......poor poor baby.
wonder how much he paid himself.
And what the hell he was doing in his supposed job as Trump Organization biz person, if not fielding emails and phone calls daily???
I would normally list all the things REAL workers do every day, esp. the poor guys who have to work 2-3 jobs to feed their family.
Or point out how glad any number of now unemployed people who would love to have the chance to answer phones and emails all day.
but I won't.
Instead, I will just hope that, like turkeys, he will keep his nose in the air during a heavy rain, with similar results.
Three Equifax Managers Sold Stock Before Cyber Hack Was Revealed
T
The credit-reporting service said late Thursday in a statement that it discovered the intrusion on July 29. Regulatory filings show that three days later, Chief Financial Officer John Gamble sold shares worth $946,374 and Joseph Loughran, president of U.S. information solutions, exercised options to dispose of stock worth $584,099. Rodolfo Ploder, president of workforce solutions, sold $250,458 of stock on Aug. 2. None of the filings lists the transactions as being part of 10b5-1 pre-scheduled trading plans.
Equifax said in the statement that intruders accessed names, Social Security numbers, birth dates, addresses and drivers-license numbers, as well as credit-card numbers for about 209,000 consumers. The incident ranks among the largest cybersecurity breaches in history.
essentially of the story is in the excerpt.

I have a question about DACA......
I just read this:
Mr. Trump has called on Congress to pass legislation before then that would keep the program alive.https://www.nytimes.com/2017/09/07/us/politics/trump-pelosi-daca.html?smid=tw-share
Ok...so....
President Obama signed DACA law.
Did it have an expiration date?
If not, what happened seems to be Trump decided to end it, effective 6 months from now, then gave the grenade to a Republican Congress to defuse.
anyone know what is behind this game?
