All this talk about Dan Lipinski made me look up where he stood on the issues. It led me to this website where I found an interesting graph for all Senators and Representatives. It seems like the Senate is well balanced with liberals, moderates, conservatives, and down right right wingers. I was shocked to see that the House was so right. Yeah I know Republicans control the House, but their members are really right wing. While the Dems don’t have many ultra liberal people. McCabe was fired for leaking a story to the WSJ that said that the FBI still wanted to investigate Hillary, but was getting pushback from the DOJ headed by Loretta Lynch. He then wasn’t candid when investigators questioned him about the leak.

But somehow trump and his minions think that this proves that the Russian investigation should end. And trump is also trying to link the firing with his wife taking money from Terry McAuliffe.

Edit: after some self reflection I realized that as a person without a disability that I was acting just like how some white people act regarding racism. I was dismissing ableism based off of my privilege of not having a disability.

Changed my voter registration to Texas

I am military and for the last decade I have been voting absentee as a Virginia voter. I like to think that I am part of the reason Virginia has been blue in the last 3 POTUS elections as well as other Virginia elections

I have been stationed in Texas for a little over a year and finally decided to become a Texas resident and changed my registration. Hopefully my Virginia luck can continue here. I would love to vote Cruz out of office.
