SW Pa DU Members, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette is no longer....

an independent thinking newspaper. The editorial board endorsed Toomey and ran an editorial that neither endorsed Trump or Hillary, but that was hyper-critical of Hillary. And now, the moderators on the forums that allow responses to letters to the editor, editorials, etc... are deleting comments from progressives, while allowing right-wing extremists to say what they want. At one point, the PG was a viable alternative to the Scaife owned Tribune-Review, but the tables have turned. If you live in Southwestern Pennsylvania, vote with your wallet and do not subscribe to the fallacy of what was once an objective source of news.

My wife and I (Freedom of Speech) have eliminated ....

personal contact from anyone in our lives who we know or suspect voted for Drumpf. We limit our contact to people who we know share our principles and as such are fellow travelers during these dark times.

Trump's early morning Tweetstorm just adds to my fear.

Trump tweeted the following this morning:

"The failing @nytimes story is so totally wrong on transition. It is going so smoothly. Also, I have spoken to many foreign leaders."

"I have recieved and taken calls from many foreign leaders despite what the failing @nytimes said. Russia, U.K., China, Saudi Arabia, Japan,"

"Australia, New Zealand, and more. I am always available to them. @nytimes is just upset that they looked like fools in their coverage of me."

First of all, the construction of the sentences were at best at a third grade level. Next, he didn't know how to spell received. Then, he ended a sentence with a comma. But beyond all of that, this juvenile moron who resorts to middle school name calling is a few months away from becoming the Commander in Chief and acquiring all of the power that the position gives him.

As my Irish friends would say, "We are fooked."
