Are you in an area that has Meals on Wheels?

Although Meals on Wheels asks for a contribution for their meals, I believe they will also provide without payment when necessary.
It does indeed sound like a sad and even dire situation.

Does it seem as though she will succumb to these tumors?
Without being morbid, perhaps a Hospice organization could offer some help re nutrition, if that is the case.

I'm not fond of Dell either.

My spouse always had Hewlett-Packard products, having worked with that company's reps for years through his employment.
Spouse then had lengthy illness and died four yrs ago.

When my HP got so slow and apparently filled with junk, son, who had apparently worked with Dell all along, replaced the H-P with Dell, and I don't think it measures up.
I may be wrong, however, and it may be that newer updates of Microsoft Windows are the source of problems I have.

Or maybe I'm the one not keeping up with newer technology.

Wow! So many of us are not aware of this.

Thanks for posting, rug.

Yes, I understand that.

Whatever brain function they were looking for in the location of items, is not so hot in my case.

I knew all the items, but not location.

I believe that "good word" is sent, and received.

Her Son heeded her "good word" at Cana, even though His time had not yet come.

El Bryanto, friend. I hope you can get beyond

the hate you expressed.

It's not worth the energy.

You may have good reason, I don't doubt that, but it's better to not let any individual stand in your way to peace and tranquility.
We come to DU to be informed and to share with others, who may be like us or not.

Beyond that, it's not worth the time we spend here.

I wish the best for you.

I took it. Passed, but not outstanding.

But, then, I'm older than the recommended age, and already know the memory's not too great.
One part of it I didn't understand - the part where you were to remember the column certain things were in.

That was not the Ferguson MO police force you saw;

it was the St. Louis County police force, I believe.

Sad to say, I don't do well with the rosary either.

The mind wanders, I'm not really paying attention to the words I'm saying.

My thought is that the rosary is more of a Middle Eastern culture thing, where beads etc. are routinely used .

I do much better with individual prayers, or best with my ad hominem intercessions to whomever I wish to communicate with at that given time.
