Looking at the map of Ohio House Representatives, I believe her district is in the Franklin County part of OH-12, which came out so strongly for Democrat Danny O'Connor for Congress. O'Connor is running again for the same Congressional seat in Nov., which should increase Mary Lightbody's chances.
