Google Bomb Trump - Search Engine Optimization and hashtags

Who remembers when Santorum was google bombed?

Does anyone know how that works in today's environment? I imagine google has adjusted their algorithms.

Does anyone know SEO?

Wouldn't it be nice to get some of that going for Trump. Imagine how unhinged he would become if every time someone searched for his name, "Pence For President 2020" would come up; or his fortune shortcomings were highlighted between him and you know who.
