New Haven's JournalMen Got Us Into The Shutdown, Women Got Us Out
Source: Huffington Post
Senators John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Mark Pryor (D-Ark.) said on Wednesday afternoon that their female colleagues can take most of the credit for driving the compromise that is expected to temporarily reopen the U.S. government and raise the debt ceiling before Thursday's deadline.
"Leadership, I must fully admit, was provided primarily from women in the Senate," McCain said after the bipartisan deal was announced.

It's about gender ----It's ALL ABOUT GENDER-------2014 and 2016
the part that was quoting POLITICO
it led me to believe that POLITICO was covering a story live and heard HRC make the statement---in fact it was third party hearsay-----------an Atlanta newspaper quoting a Georgia Republican who claimed to be at the event-------so this is zero clarity on the point-------
Now ---as to the point ---I have no doubt that Hillary could or would say such a thing----I happen to think she is more ruthless than any other political contender on the horizon----I was an Obama supporter from the beginning----but I DO support her now unless there is some other more viable candidate that surfaces
ON Hillary--DU gets misled by a NRA supported Republican from Georgia--
Hillary Clinton: I Backed Osama Bin Laden Raid, Joe Biden Didn't----this was posted on DU breaking news yesterday and a lot of us began condemning Hillary because of it------BUT read a bit deeper and you see the source of the information isRepresentative Tom Taylor, an NRA supported Republican from the 79th District in Georgia
http://www.house.ga.gov/Documents/Biographies/taylorTom.pdf a biography about Taylor
http://votesmart.org/candidate/122832/tom-taylor#.Ul6BfozD8wB and this shows the contributions from NRA --and a bunch of other not so DU stuff about him
It is a severely unfair and convoluted story because Politico picks up an article from the Atlanta Journal Constitution quoting the Republican, NRA supported Tom Taylor saying this is what he heard at a speech given by Hillary.

One of our people ----"big dog" (no offense intended here big dog)---picks it up---posts it on breaking news on the DU site ----and a lot of our people are further incensed about Hillary----
so the bottom line is ---do we need the Republican from Georgia to tell us how to feel about our candidates
Let's play their game----and throw in raising the minimum wage
So Obama can say to Boehner ---"ya got 'til next Monday to give me a CR---otherwise, I won't sign anything unless you've got a min wage boost in it too"
"It's about GENDER, stupid!"
Bill Clinton (all Clinton haters take a deep breathe here) finally came to the conclusion that his reelection was about the economynot anything else. Thus, his comment Its the economy , stupid!
And now we head into the next election cycles of 2014 and 2016 and the common commentary will be Its about Gender, stupid! Some may think that will not happen but from my 50 year viewership of these elections I see women playing the front side of politics. We have seen Elizabeth Warren put Senator Brown politely in his place, and several newscasters have learned, to their chagrin, to do their homework before interviewing her.
The brightest, and most intelligent and caring spots on the horizon are Wendy Davis in Texas, running for Governor and Allison Lundgren Grimes running to unseat Senator Gridlock, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky. These will be significant races because they could turn these Red states Blue, or at least darken the purple a bit.

And for 2016 the GOP has begun to really alienate women with their sexist and ignorant campaign buttons. The good part about this is that Hillary Clinton will only work harder to win.

The Insane Clown Posse--These people are doing the most for the Democratic Party
The Crazy House-----the Tea Party controlled US Congress is doing more to get Democratic candidates elected in the next few cycles. The video clips and sound bites are the fodder of election winning cannon. Not only will their constituents help take them down, but the Republican leadership-----the dyed in the wool politicos---will work behind their backs to unseat them. The dirty tricks played on these people will be epic. The Democrats probably will not have to do much more than get out the vote (GOTV). When Ted Cruz is upstaging the Sunday morning stalwarts like McCain, Graham, and Boehner and stealing the show you can bet they will be revengeful. We are about to witness one of the biggest intra party political fights in our country's history.
Please continue, Governor!
Hold your position Mr. President.
Clinton health care plan of 1993--how a lot of Republicans learned to hate Hillary
Clinton health care plan of 1993
The Clinton health care plan, known officially as the Health Security Act, was a 1993 healthcare reform package proposed by the administration of President Bill Clinton and closely associated with the chair of the task force devising the plan, First Lady of the United States Hillary Rodham Clinton.

BUT WAIT! Biden in Iowa---Is 2016 in his sights
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/09/30/joe-biden-health-care-iowa_n_4014721.htmlor is it part of a beautifully orchestrated road paving for Hillary-----you have to remember that Hillary spoke before Congress in favor of healthcare change when Bill was president-----that was the start of the Republican hate contest of Hillary=====OH how they hated that uppity woman for coming to the HOUSE and dare telling them anything
Elizabeth Warren----the Universities are in bed with the banks--let's put a target on them too!
I fully believe that the colleges and Universities' are complicit in the student debt turmoil. They have only been encouraged to take advantage of the students. In the construction industry a builder will build as long as he is financed. It seems like the education world has become so enamored with themselves that they are doing the same. So much of the proceeds go to departments that have nothing to do with education---like sports and arenas.
