How do you know when the Trumpers are throwing in the towel?

In my case they are retreating to "both sides do it." I had Trumpers at my dinner table. There was just some small talk about politics. Rather than defending Trump's sedition, they just said, "both sides do it." and moved the discussion to another topic.

I think that they want to return from the wilderness, but don't want to apologize for the misery that they caused.

Question regarding Trump giving out pardons...

If Trump pardons his family and others prior to leaving, do the pardoned people have to admit their crimes?

If they are testifying, can they still use the fifth amendment?

Just asking'.

For me, the biggest prize with a Biden win is...

having operational control of our government. I especially want to free the Justice Department from Wm Barr.

Watching MSNBC...voting by counties doesn't make sense.

Every county has a different population. Would be much better to break the state into its Congressional districts. Then the population would be equivalent.

Mr. Kornacki is redundant...

or I got a lot of education in my college years.

Why Isn't This Part of the Discussion?

(sorry, but I don't participate often enough to know if this has been discussed)

If the Supreme Court strikes down the ACA (Obamacare), many rural hospitals will be closed. Do rural people understand that they will be driving for 100s of miles to get hospital treatment? It's my understanding that the expansion of Medicaid allowed many rural hospitals to stay open. By supporting the Republicans, rural people may be dooming their health care.

My apologies if this topic has been important in the campaign. Nothing I hear the candidates say talks about keeping hospitals open.

Passionate 'Front Row Joe' Trump supporter dies in highway crash near St. Peter

Source: Star Tribune

A southwestern Minnesota man whose passionate support for President Donald Trump took him to dozens of political events around the country and recently to the White House was killed in a highway crash while returning from a political celebration in Florida.

Randal J. Thom, 60, of Lakefield died in a collision shortly before 4:30 p.m. Monday on Hwy. 169 north of St. Peter, the State Patrol said. Thom was driving his minivan south and hit a pickup truck that also was heading south, the patrol said.

Thom was the unofficial ringleader of "Front Row Joes," a group that travels the country to Trump rallies starting during the 2016 presidential campaign.

He's been to dozens of Trump gatherings, 23 alone in 2016, earning himself national media attention on CBS News and from as far away as Australia. He would usually show up a half-day early to claim a good spot.

Everything Trump touches ...

Consider evictions to be voter suppression.

Notice that the mortgage/rent protections run out before the election. Where do homeless people vote?

Give him nothing...

The Democrats are returning to Washington, D.C. to craft a bill to save the USPS. To get Trump's signature, they will have to let him send out checks to every American. Effectively, they/we are letting Trump buy the election. If we give him post office money, he won't release it anyway. Don't trust him. And make that the issue. There's lots of evidence.

We should have learned to never make a deal with Trump after he backed out of the DACA legislation.

I say, give Trump nothing. He is going to make Pelosi and Schumer kiss his ring. He will drag them through the mud. He is vengeful and remorseless. You can't give him anything.

Make him come to us and deal with the Hero's Bill. Stand up to the bully.

Hand deliver your ballots...make sure they count.

I guess we are going to have to bypass the USPS. Have your communities set up collection ballot boxes.

Then we can request absentee ballots, fill them out, and had deliver the ballots to the collection ballots prior to election day.

Bonus: We will have bypassed the voting machines that corporations have rigged.
