Trump Jr. met the reality star and C-list reality TV contestant in 2011 when she appeared on Celebrity Apprentice with once-popular entertainers like Arsenio Hal and Debbie Gibson.

And like his father, the eldest Trump son apparently did not use condoms during his extra-marital dalliances.

“Don told Aubrey he wanted to have a baby with her,” the insider says. “They were trying for one.”

The relationship ended in March 2012 when Vanessa found email exchanges between her husband and O’Day and called the woman to confront her with her kids on the phone.

“He’d call Aubrey and leave long voicemails telling her he still loved her over and over,” a source tells Us Weekly. “He’d cry and say he was nervous his wife would take the kids away.”

By this Motion, Plaintiff seeks two forms of relief. First, Plaintiff seeks an order setting a jury trial no later than 90 days from the date of the Court’s order deciding this motion, or as soon thereafter as is convenient to the Court.

Second, Plaintiff seeks an order granting her leave to conduct limited expedited discovery in connection with opposing EC’s forthcoming Petition to Compel Arbitration and to present evidence in support of her position at the aforementioned trial pursuant to 9 U.S.C. § 4.Specifically, Plaintiff requests: (1) a deposition of Mr. Trump of no greaterthan two (2) hours, (2) a deposition of Mr. Cohen of no greater than two (2) hours, and (3) no more than ten (10) targeted requests for production of documents directed to Mr. Trump and Mr. Cohen on various topics relating to the Agreement.

And he said this fully knowing he wouldn't be able to get "David Dennison" to sit still for "questioning" for more than about 20 seconds.

A lawyer for adult film star Stormy Daniels has requested in federal court to take a deposition from President Donald Trump in a legal battle over an agreement to keep her quiet about her allegation that they had a sexual relationship.

Her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, also asked to depose Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen, whom Daniels is suing for defamation, a motion filed in United States District Court in the Central District of California showed on Wednesday.

Avenatti said in the motion that he would need no more than two hours to question each of the men.

Daniels originally sued Trump on March 6, saying he had never put his signature on a $130,000 agreement for her to stay silent in 2016, just before the presidential election, about what she called their “intimate” relationship.

Trump has denied having an affair with Daniels.

On Tuesday, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), the chair of the House Intelligence Committee who has been widely criticized for undermining his panel’s haphazard Trump-Russia probe, sent out a pitch to conservative and Republican donors: we found there was no “collusion,” so send me money.

Looking for contributions for his reelection campaign, Nunes claimed that he had gone through “a year of diverted resources and slanderous attacks from the far left over alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Russian hackers.” (Actually, there have been no serious allegations that the Trump campaign was in bed with the Russian “hackers” who targeted Democrats, but there has been evidence that Trump campaign advisers were in contact with Russians while Moscow was waging its cyberattacks and information warfare against the 2016 election to benefit Donald Trump.)

Having shuttered the Russia investigation, Nunes bashes “liberals” for attempting “to keep their conspiracy alive” and refusing to let “the intelligence community move on.”

Nunes’ committee, according to its own members, did not interview key Trump associates who were in contact with Russians during the campaign, and this includes foreign policy advisers George Papadopoulos and Michael Flynn. And one of the committee’s key assertions—that the previous intelligence community assessment noting Moscow intervened in the election partly to help Trump was wrong—was challenged by Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), a leading GOP member of the committee. Nevertheless, Nunes insists that it’s a good thing his committee ended the Trump-Russia inquiry. And for that, he believes, he deserves campaign donations.

A Low-Profile Trump Travels to Virginia to Meet With Donors

WASHINGTON — President Trump kept a relatively low profile and did not make any public appearances on Tuesday, but emerged for a rare evening trip outside the White House to meet with deep-pocketed donors at a real estate developer’s home in Virginia.

Mr. Trump, who usually prefers a steak served at his own hotel if he leaves the confines of the White House at night, traveled to the McLean, Va., home of Giuseppe Cecchi, according to a person with knowledge of the president’s plans. Mr. Cecchi is a loyalist who previously hosted Mr. Trump for a $10,000-a-couple fund-raising dinner in the final weeks of the 2016 presidential campaign.

Since arriving back in Washington on Sunday from his Florida estate, Mr. Trump’s schedule showed no public appearances and he kept his usual tweeting to a minimum.

He has opted instead to leave it to his aides to field questions about a continuing investigation into his campaign’s contact with Russia, allegations by a pornographic actress that his lawyer paid her to stay silent about an affair, a move to expel 60 Russian diplomats and his administration’s support for adding a citizenship question to the 2020 census.
