Miles Archer's JournalTrump: "No bedbugs at Doral. Radical Left Democrats spread that false and nasty rumor. Not nice!"
...and Donald Trump spread the false, nasty and not nice rumor that Barack Obama was born in Kenya.@realDonaldTrump
No bedbugs at Doral. The Radical Left Democrats, upon hearing that the perfectly located (for the next G-7) Doral National MIAMI was under consideration for the next G-7, spread that false and nasty rumor. Not nice!

Lawrence O'Donnell: "We know from public records he's had second thoughts about most of his wives"
BURN!
Opening segment of L. O'D, talking about Trump's "second thoughts" comment RE: tariffs.
China's "phone call to Trump" did...not...HAPPEN, per China's Foreign Ministry spokesman.
@mkcheok
JUST IN: China's Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang says has no info on phone calls to U.S. cited by Trump, adding later I can tell you clearly that I havent heard of such a thing
* Says China will protect itself on trade if U.S. persists with current approach

An interesting exchange between John Heilemann & Nicolle Wallace on MSNBC RE: George W Bush
Niccolle is absolutely one of the most consistent and vibrant anti-Trump voices on MSNBC. And, unlike some of the other hosts like Chuck Todd and Ari Melber, she doesn't seem to have many Republican guests on to "balance the scales." Although she has Joe Walsh on pleading his case right now, and to her credit, she isn't sipping his Kool-Aid, asking him "WHY should people believe you?" Walsh is also getting ripped to shreds following his segment.
She also worked for George W. Bush, and while she seldom mentions him on the show, she does on occasion, as a contrast to Trump. She may have left the Republican party (or has one foot out the door due to Trump, I'm not sure of her current status), but if and when the subject of GWB comes up, there is never criticism. He's mentioned as being light years away from Trump, and that's it.
Heilemann was discussing Trump as an "arsonist" in the G7 arena, and made a statement like (not an exact quote, but close enough):
"George W Bush was despised by many on the International stage, because they thought he was an idiot and a cowboy, and he was, but at least he respected the institutions that were in place..."
And as he said this, the camera went to Wallace, and while she didn't change her facial expression appreciably, she clearly went blank, and didn't seem to appreciate the comparison.
It's true, Bush certainly wasn't Trump, but we aren't in need of revisionist history. I was here, and active, on DU when he was president. I don't recall many, if any, posts in which we considered him to be anything other than an idiot or a cowboy (unless you want to include "Dick Cheney's puppet," of course.
That was it...nothing big, but Heilemann had a moment of brutal honesty, didn't hold back, and Nicolle didn't seem to enjoy it (nor did she respond directly to the Bush comparison).
Trump says Putin "outsmarted" Obama three times in one sentence, and tells Yamiche Alcindor...
...when she asked how exactly Putin "outsmarted" him, that it's because Putin annexed Crimea during Obama's term.
Clip was just shown on MSNBC. Now they're talking about Trump inviting Putin to "G8" at his golf course next year.
Hey, LOOK! They were ALL having FUN at G7! No tension! No pouting from Trump! Just FUN FUN FUN!
Trump is "selectively" tweeting G7 pics. This is one of them.
It's time to play that Sesame Street "One of these things is not like the other" game, G7 Edition.
WOW! Trump SHARES "The question I was asked most today by fellow World Leaders" at G7! WOW!!!
@realDonaldTrump
The question I was asked most today by fellow World Leaders, who think the USA is doing so well and is stronger than ever before, happens to be, Mr. President, why does the American media hate your Country so much? Why are they rooting for it to fail?

Trump goes off on Twitter rant about 'My Stock Market' at nearly 2 a.m. in France

President Donald Trump has an early morning meeting Monday with Egypts President Abdel-Fattah el-Sisi. He also has a full day of meeting with the G-7, but that wasnt his focus in the early morning hours.
My Stock Market gains must be judged from the day after the Election (sic), November 9, 2016, where the Market went up big after the win, and because of the win. Had my opponent won, CRASH! Trump tweeted Sunday night in the U.S., which was nearly 2 a.m. in France where the president is staying during the G-7 summit.
