Trump promises "great" health care, if "we get the House, hold the Senate, and keep the presidency"

As noted by CNN fact checker Daniel Dale, Trump was asked by a reporter in New Hampshire this week to describe his health care plan, and the president responded with a stream of gobbledygook.

“So, we have a great plan coming out,” the president began when asked about his plan. “It’s going to be — if we can take back the House because we’re not going to get the Democrats to vote for it, because they’re doing Medicare for all, which is going to take away your freedom, take away your doctors, take away everything that you should be able to have, and most importantly, it’s going to take away — we have 180 million people right now that have private insurance and they love it, and all of that’s going to be taken away. It’s absolute craziness.”

“On top of everything else, they’re looking at 80, 90, 95 percent tax, because there’s no — there’s no way they can afford it,” he said. “But people don’t want to go to a hospital, to go to a doctor. They don’t want to go. They want to have their own doctor, number one, and we went through this with Obamacare, which we got rid of the individual mandate, by the way, which is very important.”

After all this, the president finally pivoted back to talking about his own health care plan, but he offered zero details about what it would contain.

“But we have a great health care plan,” he said. “If we get the House, we hold the Senate, we keep the presidency, we’re going to have great health care, much better than Obamacare, at much less cost.”

Trump tweets "Thank you!" to some MAGAt goober who re-tweets Fox's Jesse Watters praising Trump

I can't post it here, because it's 100% groveling, ass-kissing, hero-worshiping, sit like a good dog and I'll toss you a Snausage Republican talking points slop (the Watters video AND this guy's commentary)

The guy's profile pic is a black and white 80s photo of Trump standing next to a Cadillac,

His Twitter page banner is a "MAGA" banner.

The overall tone of the guy's tweets is similar to the paintings you've seen of Trump as George Washington crossing the Patomac, or being hugged by Jesus with the both of them draped in an American flag.

Trump proves that he lacks the ability successfully pull off "self-effacing humor."

This reeks of a Kellyanne Conway or Ivanka move to "make him appear human."

I promise not to do this to Greenland!

WaPo's Aaron Blake fact-checks Kudlow and proves conclusively that Larry is Nostradumbass.

Aaron Blake
@AaronBlake

Kudlow predicted the deficit would decline in 2018. It increased 17%.

He said we'd get 3-4 percent GDP growth off the tax cuts. It's been 2.5 percent.

He predicted we could hit 5% GDP growth for a short period. The highest it's hit has been 3.5%.

NY Police Benevolent Association's response to Pantaleo firing misses the point completely

DISCLAIMER:

My dad was a cop. My girlfriend's dad was a cop who went on to become chief of police. I grew up around cops, I have friends in the present day who are former cops. I am not anti-cop. I am vehemently against the actions of Pantaleo. Garner gasped "I CAN'T BREATHE" a dozen times while Pantaleo held him in the choke hold that ended his life. Pantaleo murdered Garner, without "just cause." This is not a matter of bowing to the pressure of “cop haters.” This is about a New York City police officer who is not fit for duty. Whatever charges may be brought against Pantaleo for his actions are another matter, but five years after Garner's murder, Pantaleo's termination is not a matter of bowing to the pressure of “cop haters."

The Police Benevolent Association of the City of New York on Monday angrily attacked New York City Police Department Commissioner James O’Neill after he fired Daniel Pantaleo, the police officer who killed Eric Garner by placing him in a choke hold in 2014.

In a statement released shortly after Pantaleo’s firing, NYC PBA President Patrick Lynch accused the commissioner of choosing “politics and his own self-interest over the police officers he claims to lead.”

He then claimed O’Neill was bowing to the pressure of “cop haters” and said he had “opened the door for politicians to dictate the outcome of every single NYPD disciplinary proceeding.”

Lynch also predicted that morale at NYPD would completely fall apart because Lynch had followed the recommendation of an administrative judge who said that Pantaleo should be fired for his role in Garner’s death.

Wow, Report Just Out! Google manipulated from 2.6 million to 16 million votes for Hillary Clinton in 2016 Election! This was put out by a Clinton supporter, not a Trump Supporter! Google should be sued. My victory was even bigger than thought!

Trump offers a thoughtful and detailed analysis of the economy, & recession fears.

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump

Our Economy is very strong, despite the horrendous lack of vision by Jay Powell and the Fed, but the Democrats are trying to “will” the Economy to be bad for purposes of the 2020 Election. Very Selfish! Our dollar is so strong that it is sadly hurting other parts of the world...

.....The Fed Rate, over a fairly short period of time, should be reduced by at least 100 basis points, with perhaps some quantitative easing as well. If that happened, our Economy would be even better, and the World Economy would be greatly and quickly enhanced-good for everyone!
