The fascist media outlet of the now fascist, terrorist organization known as the GOP wants you to be reprogrammed to ignore the definition of "terrorism"' which is gender and color blind, it means only the mixture of violence and political intent.
Both the homegrown terrorist acts committed in America this week at opposite ends of the country for the same reasons are going to be ignored as terrorist acts clearly meeting the definition because in America the definition now needs the act to include a brown or Muslim person. The American definition of terrorism specifically excludes anyone claiming to be Christian. But only the right kind of Christian, not the fake ones covering for their love of Muslims.
Or, if you are Fox News, scary sounding foreign words, which are actually translated as "May peace be with you", uttered by a long haired bearded white person with a ponytail, or by a scary black President right there on the TV, like a secret terrorist handshake.
All this ignorance purposely encouraged by Hate Media and aided and abetted by the sorry excuse of mainstream media that is as complacent as it is homogenous.
Remember Major Nadal? What did all America immediately call that? Or the Boston Bombers?

The Bergdahl/Taliban prisoner exchange has caused celebration in Talibanland, but threats of death to anyone daring to celebrate in America. America no longer needs foreign terrorists to make it cow in fear, it has home grown its own version and they are the base of one party in a two party state.
A soldier is held hostage by the Afghan Taliban only to return home and be held hostage by the American Taliban, how precious.
Which bunch of people are showing more humanity on this issue?
The rest of the world should issue a travel alert for America due to its rising domestic terrorism and domestic random gun violence.

Former POW John McCain was nicknamed "Songbird" for alleged aerial info. he gave up. True or not
McCain was once attacked as he now attacks former POW Bergdahl. His defence is that there was no evidence he was a traitor, and he got to defend himself to the critics.
The hypocrisy runs deep when one is aware that McCain signed a confession in custody that he was a "black criminal"' under duress he claims.
"Lt. John McCain (H) also did radio broadcasts and more than 30 films for the Vietcong Military! I mean for gods-sake the Vietnamese (and his fellow POW's) called him SONGBIRD....since he was SINGING from the day he got there! Giving all our info up!!! After McCain was captured our the Vietnamese began shooting our planes down much more often...an increase of like 60% (thanks to songbird giving the routes, altitudes, etc)....which in turn caused America to stop flying missions over Vietnam...."
I post the allegations , the evidence, the defence and the contrarian viewpoint for fairness, as McCain seems unable to understand the term. Were there Congressional hearings just for him focused on his traitorous actions, because I do not think so.

Pentagon officials probing claims that eight soldiers died while looking for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl have confirmed two troops from his unit died while the search was underway, but not while they while they were on patrol, a senior defense official told Fox News Friday.
Bergdahl was held by the Taliban for five years before being released last week in exchange for five Taliban Guantanamo detainees. Since his release, members of Bergdahl’s unit at the time of his disappearance have said he was a deserter and claimed eight men died as a result of the search for him.
The official said the two soldiers in Bergdahl’s unit who died were in a combat outpost that was attacked. The official said it was impossible to prove a link between their deaths and Bergdahl's disappearance."

American soldier in captivity on the entire planet at the end of a promised 2 year "excursion" that turned into 13 years of war against a force America was never at war with in the first place and were once our beloved bearded allies, is an impeachable offence.....only when the media have totally and collectively lost their minds it is.

No mention of imprisonment with the Taliban until death. Time served of 5 years imprisoned by the Taliban would seem more than enough punishment though, who would say not?

Article 85 - Desertion. (This is the most serious of the absentee offenses. Remember the primary difference between AWOL and desertion is intent to remain away from the military permanently.)
(1) If a member deserted, but voluntarily returned to military control: Dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to the lowest enlisted grade, and confinement for 2 years.
(2) If the member deserted and the desertion was terminated by apprehension: Dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to the lowest enlisted grade, and confinement for 3 years.
(3) If the member deserted with the intent to avoid hazardous duty or to shirk important service (and example of this would be a member ordered to deploy to Iraq and then deserts to avoid the deployment): Dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to the lowest enlisted grade, and confinement for 5 years.
(4) If the member deserts during time of war: Death or such other punishment (such as life in prison) as a court-martial may direct.
In Bergdahl's case it is common ground that sub (4) does not apply as an official Congressional deceleration of war confirmed by the President is required.
