You can't be self-reliant in a straight jacket.

The homeless are no longer just alcoholics, petty criminals, drug addicts and mentality ill people. Now their are working class and the middle class. They are victims of Corvid economics. Some are the R.V people and some are "sleep in the back seat of you car people"
Weather wise, if you have to be homeless "L.A is the place" Not anymore! The City of Los Angeles is cracking down. My post too large for this format.

Confrontational politics.

The whole concept of computer technology and the internet was interactional communication. You can reply to a video. Old technology such as Television and Radio, you could not reply. It was one way only. You saw and heard the broadcast but they couldnít see or hear you. The closest you came was the print media. Letters to the editor. So propaganda went unchallenged.
Confrontational politics was first pioneered by the New Left in the 1960ís. When ever racist groups demonstrated, the New left countered-protested. It had an effect if done right. Acting like an angry mob turned normal people off. Non-Violent protest was the most effective. The lunch counter protests in the south during the Civil Rights era was very effective. The racists looked violent and evil while the Civil Rights protesters looked courageous and righteous. The optics didnít look good for the segregationists.
Here we are in the post Trump era. There is still a lot of work to be done against the authoritarian right. Their propaganda must be counted. When ever they post a video, you do thisÖ..
