How can anyone reform the democratic party

if populist principles aren't fought for.

The secrecy of TPP and all stated opposition on this group's postings are a clear indication of a non-populist trade deal.

Obama publicly supports this deal and is avidly fighting for its passage.

So how do we fight back?

Where are the lines drawn on Obama criticism, since he is working against us on this matter.

Do we casually criticize and watch as Obama, Dimon and the corporate team sweep to victory.

Or do we fight with everything we got because they sure aren't playing nice on the other side.

Please inform me of the subjective line of when it is Obama bashing and when it is not?

This is a discussion post and I would like to know what tools we have and can use that aren't Obama bashing

If the ObamaSecret deal is passed,

can the people expect less transparency going forward? Fast track insures the corporate dictatorships input is pasted into this bill for its duration. Please call your reps and ask if they support this OBAMASECRET deal.

Do you think if they can get away with these they won't be shy to try and legislate Fast Track (or probably a different name) into other bills?

Are today's global corporations dictatorships?

Global corporations are too big to jail, too big to fail

Global corporations have their own judicial systems (investor-state tribunals)

Global corporations own politicians and write their own laws

Global corporations are pursuing "Free Markets" with no regulations or restrictions
"Free Markets = "Lawless Markets"

Global corporations are now people, only when they choose to be (murder convictions)

AND THE BEAT GOES ON

How about this populist plan

Let's urge Bernie to run as a Dem into the primary and if he sees he will lose. then switch to the Green's or run as an Independent spoiler. When HRC comes with hat in hand asking Bernie to drop out knowing she can't win with a split Dem base, then let Bernie put forth his demands.

He wants total control of DNC, DSCC, DCCC funds and he will run only Populist/Progressive candidates of his choice in all house and senate races. Any right-wing dem incumbents who won't fit in will be forced to retire and he will put together his 50-state strategy

We must find our places of power and exploit them. The Nadar spoiler role is still fresh in the minds of party leadership.

I know this is all premised on how much the PTB want HRC as President because a repub will do just as well for them. The more we can expose this corporate dem corruption, the more Populist votes we can amass.
