The original - The one and only Woody Guthrie.
Happy Birthday to one of the founders of modern American music. Mississippi Fred McDowell
His songs and playing style influenced more people than we can ever count
Blues Bluegrass Country and Gospel would sound completely different without his guitar work in the early to mid 20th century
Sad to see the demise of the South City 3 this year, but Pokey is going forward as a solo act

The Capitol Policeman, Brian Sicknick was bludgeoned to death by the folks that stormed Congress.
He was a USAF Vet and a current member of the Air National Guard.
I keep reading the name of that treasonous POS shot in the capitol as she attempted to breach the chambers of Congress - AS SHE ATTEMPTED TO OVERTHROW THE RESULTS OF OUR DEMOCRATIC PROCESS AND INSTALL A DICTATORSHIP.
I rarely see mention of Officer Sicknicks service at all.
Straight fact is that Brian Sicknick was an Airman.
That other was a traitor. You are free to disagree, somewhere else.
Instead of arguing with me, unfriend me. I have no desire to associate with trumpster treason apologists
And patriots should know the damn difference between those 2 deaths at a glance.
I don't see any reasoning with anyone still willing to speak a word in defense of this idjit "president"
