I reviewed the USTRANSCOM Policy Directive 36-38, Section D, Paragraph 5, which states: ”“Spirit wear” (e.g., shirts or jerseys reflecting support of an athletic team during a tournament or the playoffs) must be tasteful and approved by TCCS in advance., “ I respectfully request the authorization of hockey “spirit wear” during the NHL finals for the entire staff.
