The Flynn case isn't over until the judge says it's over

Excellent op ed from Monday’s Washington Post. One of the authors, former federal prosecutor and judge, John Gleason, has subsequently been appointed by Judge Sullivan as amicus curiae, to argue against the DOJ in the Flynn matter.
