Sunday plus Nine
I would like to update this wonderful community about what has transpired in the last few days after my assault. I was especially touched after the outpouring of well wishes and sympathy which are so needed by me at this rime.
I am meeting with the NYPD Hate crimes unit to finish the report as this is considered a hate crime. Weekly I go to the oral surgeon to replace, tighten and strengthen the screws in my mouth while my jaw is being repaired. No solid food for me, so I've lost some pounds which ironically make me feel slightly better. My sinuses are affected so I have medications for this, and the slight da,age done to my ear as the blow has diminished some of my hearing.
I saw therapist since I also suffer from BPD and suicidal ideation. I'm ok on that front since I am taking my meds, my hormones and of course my antibiotics.
The pain is excruciating. Not just in my jaw but in my life. I don't think I will ever understand hatred and why people must resort to violence to others, but living in a bizarre world where nuclear warheads are discussed as casually as having brunch, maybe i never will.

Genius has limits. Stupidity doesn't.
I do not wish to see more deaths on the highway but if there are any because of this...well let him reap the whirlwind.
Sometimes I feel disgrace and imprisonment is not enough for this administration....

As a transgender person who was in the military and expressed interest in returning I am certain that two graduates, one at West Point and the other at Colorado Springs who did transition will not be allowed to be part of the active duty personnel. This was before the tweet, so maybe a good lawsuit will make these transphobic nitwits come to their senses like the Muslim ban.
And then again, maybe not.

I was walking down the street on my way to the park to do some reading when a man came up to me asking me how I was. I said, I'm ok, and then he hit me in my jaw and as I turned from the severity of his blow he kicked me in the rump.
I turned to face him since I wanted to see my attacker for a possible report to the NYC task force on hate crimes since he said get the f×/= out of here you n&÷$$=× tran==.
My jaw is broken. I cannot eat any solid food for six weeks. Funhy, I have a speaking engagement for some progressive democrats in my area to speak about why we need to get rid of this 45 and discussions about the rise in hate crimes.
I am making a report but these things take time.
I'm not looking for sympathy just letting my emotion flow over as I try to put another incident of hatred and prejudice behind me, yet again.

And I agree...we have seen incompetence, sgupidity, injustice, inanity, lack of honor or decency and a complete lack of protocol, American history, global affairs and a respect for criminal behavior, violence and hatred.
But this is only the beginning. We are to witness not only more of the same but even more than that.
