I accidentally stepped on some toes, ALREADY!

I posted on a thread in ""latest" and it turns out it was from a Hillary group and my post was not complimentary to Hillary. I self deleted and tried to send those offended an apologetic mea culpa as we are all dems after all,and I get that they want a space to talk amongst themselves without some asshole (a newbie at that) peeing in their cereal. Anyway I don't have enough post to apologize via mail.
How many do I need?
Also I got banned from posting in the Hillary group, which I understand, but it leaves me no way to make nice other than self deleting, which I've already done.
