Now that the general election scorecard is filled and the major party conventions are history, the next big events in the election cycle will be the highly anticipated Clinton/Trump debates. While the conventions are usually seen as self-serving infomercials, voters often regard the debates as critical opportunities to assess the candidates and make a decision.
Well, it didn't take twenty-four hours for Donald Trump to start whining about the debate process and laying the groundwork to slither away without having to confront Hillary Clinton face to face. Last night he summoned up the courage to venture out onto the Twitter machine and post this:
As usual, Trump and the GOP are trying to hide their fear by accusing everyone of conspiring against them. Trump's paranoia is sending him into delusional fits that are precursors to a cowardly retreat, just like when he skipped out on a Fox News debate because he was too scared to face Megyn Kelly. Clearly he has a problem with strong women.

The wealthy Democratic donors, many of them executives who run complex businesses, know firsthand how revealing tax returns can be. Perhaps that's why they can't stop talking about Republican nominee Donald Trump's refusal to release his taxes
In their suites at the Ritz Carlton hotel, where many are staying during this week's Democratic convention, and at its auxiliary swanky parties, the supporters of Hillary Clinton are sounding the alarm about Trump's break with decades of presidential campaign tradition.
Clinton put out eight years of recent tax filings last summer, and they lament that voters don't seem to understand why Trump's refusal to do the same matters.
Democratic talk of the taxes spilled onto the convention stage Wednesday night. Vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine, mocking Trump, said, "Believe me, there's nothing suspicious in my tax returns. Believe me!" The crowd laughed.
Where are those tax forms Trump,,,,,what you hiding??

A top official with Hillary Clinton’s campaign on Sunday accused the Russian government of orchestrating the release of damaging Democratic Party records to help the campaign of Republican Donald Trump — and some cybersecurity experts agree.
The extraordinary charge came as some national security officials have been growing increasingly concerned about possible efforts by Russia to meddle in the election, according to several individuals familiar with the situation.
Late last week, hours before the records were released by the website WikiLeaks, the White House convened a high-level security meeting to discuss reports that Russia had hacked into systems at the Democratic National Committee.
Although other experts remain skeptical of a Russian role, the hacking incident has caused alarm within the Clinton campaign and also in the national security arena. Officials from various intelligence and defense agencies, including the National Security Council, the Department of Defense, the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security, attended the White House meeting Thursday, on the eve of the email release.

Hillary Clinton's campaign manager is alleging that Russian hackers are leaking Democratic National Committee emails critical of Bernie Sanders in an effort to help Donald Trump win the election in November.
It comes on the heels of "changes to the Republican platform to make it more pro-Russian," Robby Mook told CNN's Jake Tapper on "State of the Union" Sunday.
"I don't think it's coincidental that these emails were released on the eve of our convention here, and I think that's disturbing," he said.
The DNC has previously had its files hacked by an individual named "Guccifer 2.0" that may have had ties to the Russians.

Michael R. Bloomberg, who bypassed his own run for the presidency this election cycle, will endorse Hillary Clinton in a prime-time address at the Democratic convention and make the case for Mrs. Clinton as the best choice for moderate voters in 2016, an adviser to Mr. Bloomberg said.
The news is an unexpected move from Mr. Bloomberg, who has not been a member of the Democratic Party since 2000; was elected the mayor of New York City as a Republican; and later became an independent.
But it reflects Mr. Bloomberg’s increasing dismay about the rise of Donald J. Trump and a determination to see that the Republican nominee is defeated.
So much for you Trump.....was a Republican then independent but doesn't want you your fired......lol

Hillary Clinton’s selection of Sen. Tim Kaine as her running mate has already shifted the Electoral College map, as Kaine’s home state of Virginia has been moved from Leans Democratic to Likely Democratic.
So one thing Kaine does do is provide a potential boost in Virginia, a state that we have long thought was poorly suited for Trump anyway. The state’s richly-populated and growing Northern Virginia suburbs and exurbs are filled with the kind of Republicans — wealthy and educated — who Trump may have trouble with, and Kaine’s presence on the ticket may give some portion of those voters a reason to consider voting for Clinton. Moreover, Northern Virginia’s overall share of the statewide vote in 2016 seems likely to increase once again, having increased in every presidential cycle since 1980. In 2012, it made up 34% of the state’s vote, and if Northern Virginia goes more Democratic than in 2012, it will be hard for Trump to win. After all, Obama’s 2012 margin over Mitt Romney in Fairfax County — by far the most populated locality in state — made up about three-fourths of his total statewide edge in that election.
In light of the Kaine pick and Trump’s potential difficulties in the Old Dominion, we’re moving Virginia from Leans Democratic to Likely Democratic in our Electoral College ratings. If Trump has a path to victory, we don’t see Virginia — which voted closest to the national average in both 2008 and 2012 but appears to be trending Democratic at the presidential level — as a part of it unless he ends up winning a convincing national victory.
When the two choices are placed side by side, it is clear that Hillary Clinton made a smart choice, while Donald Trump made a rookie mistake.
Clinton’s selection of Tim Kaine is immediately paying dividends for Democrats.
A smart choice she knows what road it will lead her to winning....

When it comes to the RNC’s song selection, it’s not all right.
And they say Hillary Breaks the law no they do.....
Our favorite group that really got us upset to play George Harrison song...at a Republican Convention,,,,
If anything the Beatles are more liberal Trump you broke the law with your lairs...
A better song fits them would be .... Beware of Darkness

Signs are pointing to Hillary making a decision on her pick for Vice President later this week. Now that Donald Trump has chosen Mike Pence as his running mate, Camp Clinton has all the information it needs to make the final decision.
Unlike Trump’s very public show of picking his running mate, Hillary Clinton has conducted her search with the utmost secrecy. Clinton has no shortage of candidates who would love to run with her, and her biggest challenge will be not offending those not selected.
Virginia Senator Tim Kaine continues to lead the list as the front-runner. Sen Kaine would be a safe pick, and Hillary has little need to be anything but safe at this point. Kaine brings a solid record of government service and is well suited for the primary role of the vice president, which is to be a heartbeat away if necessary. Kaine, who is 58, would bring a touch of youth to the campaign, just as the 57-year-old Pence will do for Trump.
