A caller on Thom Hartmann was lamenting how Obama's hands have been tied. I forgot that in 8 years, he ONLY had 74 days of a veto proof congress. Another reason we have to win the Senate and the House. And hopefully HRC will NOT nominate Merrick Garland, as he won't touch Citizen's United.
